VRE posted low Q3 2021 results with revenue of VND787bn (USD34mn; -55% YoY) and NPAT-MI of VND24bn (USD1mn; -96% YoY) due to the fourth wave of COVID-19 in Vietnam that resulted in a larger support package for tenants as well as lower property sales in Q3 2021. VRE continued to support tenants in Q3 2021 with a package of VND925bn (USD40mn) that was mostly in the form of rent rebates.
