- Given the ultrafast spread of the Delta variant in Vietnam, the Government had to implement drastic measures in Q3 2021 — including strict social distancing/ lockdowns in 19 southern provinces, Hanoi and several other provinces — in turn leading to serious disruptions in production and other economic activities.
