Market wrap: VN-Index edges up to four-week high 

The VN-Index edged up by two tenths of a percent on Tuesday, reaching a four-week high and surpassing the 1,500-point level as the steel sector performed strongly. 

*  HPG (+5.8%) was the top contributor to the day’s gain while fellow steelmakers HSG (+6.9%) and NKG (+6.9%) both soared to the daily trading ceiling. 

*  Banks VPB (+2.7%), TCB (+1.9%), ACB (+3.0%) and OCB (+3.8%) increased.  

*  Industrial real estate players GVR (+2.5%) and BCM (+1.6%) extended their winning streaks to three and six sessions, respectively. 

*  Conglomerate VIC (-4.3%) has dropped 10% over the past two days. Vingroup subsidiary VHM (-1.2%) also fell. 

*  DIG (-6.9%) is down nearly 25% over the last four trading sessions.
