Market wrap: VN-Index closes nearly unchanged 

The VN-Index finished nearly unchanged on Thursday, dropping just 0.06 points as the index slid when approaching the 1,400-point resistance level with investors exhibiting caution following the market’s recent hot streak. 

• Several real estate tickers posted significant gains, including industrial real estate player GVR (+2.4%), PDR (+2.6%), DIG (+5.6%), NLG (+4.9%) and VRE (+1.0%). On the other hand, VHM (-1.4%) and VIC (-0.6%) were the day’s top two contributing laggards. 
• Fertilizer manufacturers DPM (+4.5%) and DCM (+3.4%) have climbed 9.7% and 10.5% over the last two days, respectively. 
• Among banks, SHB (-3.3%) dropped for the third day in a row. BID (-0.9%), VCB (-0.3%) and ACB (-0.9%) also declined. Conversely, EIB (+2.2%) and HDB (+1.0%) increased.
