- Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (HOSE: PDR) targets mid-to-high-end buyers for both low-rise and high-rise housing, focusing on two main markets – the central coastal area and second-tier provinces around HCMC.

- Q1 2024 net revenue was VND162bn, down 16% YoY. The core business of property sales contributed 98% of Q1 2024 revenue and was driven by the transfer of the Block B1 apartment in the Astral City project to Realty Holdings.
