- We attended NKG’s annual general meeting (AGM) in HCMC on April 21.

- Management set 2023 guidance for profit before tax (PBT) of VND400bn (USD16.9mn) vs a loss of VND46bn (USD1.9mn) in 2022, which is substantially lower than our forecast of VND779bn (USD33.0mn). 

- Shareholders approved 1) no dividend scheme for 2022 and 2023 and 2) the 2023 remuneration scheme for the BOD and BOM.
