- We attended LPB’s AGM in Ninh Binh Province on April 23. The main agenda was to (1) review LPB’s 2022 business results, (2) approve 2023 targets, (3) approve stock dividend and capital raising plans, (4) approve a plan to change the bank’s abbreviated name and purchase/receive the transfer of assets to be the headquarters and (5) elect the Board of Supervisors (BOS) and the Board of Directors (BOD) for the 2023-2028 term.
- The Q&A session focused on Vietnam Post’s (VNPost) divestment plan from LPB and LPB’s strategy to achieve its earnings targets.
