Airports Corporation of Vietnam (HOSE: ACV; OUTPERFORM & TP of VND95,100) expects to begin construction on LTA’s biggest package in August 2023. Since September 2022, no successful bids have been made for the construction of LTA’s passenger terminal due to the tight required construction time and low unit prices, per ACV. This is the biggest package of LTA phase 1 and is valued at USD1.5bn. However, on June 12, three consortia made bids for the package after the required construction time was increased from 33 months to 39 months.
