HVN held an EGM in Hanoi on December 14, 2021.  The EGM approved three major proposals regarding: (1) a restructuring plan for the 2021-2025 period; (2) changing the company’s list of registered businesses in order to maintain its foreign ownership limit at 30%; and (3) adding new members to the Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors.
