HDG has three business lines - real estate, power and construction - of which the former two account for nearly 90% of the company’s gross profit. We expect HDG to post YoY growth of 81% in revenue and 226% in NPAT-MI in 2018, driven by delivery in Q4 of the first two blocks of Ha Do Centrosa, HDG’s first large residential project. Looking forward, continued delivery of the remaining six blocks of Ha Do Centrosa will allow its real estate segment to stay solid until 2020.
