We attended GVR’s first 2021 EGM on February 26, 2021, in Ho Chi Minh City.Shareholders approved amendments of GVR’s company charter that allow shareholders or a group of shareholders owning at least 0.1% (no required holding period) of GVR’s stake to have the regular rights of shareholders or a group of shareholders owning at least 5% of GVR’s stake for at least six consecutive months.
