DXG reported Q3 2021 results with net revenue of VND1.3tn (USD57mn; +63% YoY) and NPAT-MI of VND52bn (USD2.2mn; -48% YoY). In Q3 2021, DXG continued handovers of pre-sold units at Opal Boulevard and Gem Sky World while its brokerage services segment was severely weakened due to the fourth wave of COVID-19 in Vietnam.
