We attended DGC’s EGM in Hanoi on December 10, which focused on the company’s plans for its chlor-alkali-vinyl (CAV) project in addition to other capacity expansion, product upgrade and cost-saving projects. Overall, our takeaways from the EGM suggest potential upside to our current forecasts – pending a fuller review – as they have not incorporated the capacity expansion, product upgrade and cost-saving projects that DGC announced in the EGM.
