We attended CTD’s annual general meeting (AGM) in HCMC on April 25.

Shareholders approved 2023 NPAT guidance of VND233bn (USD9.9mn) compared to actual NPAT of VND21bn (USD0.9mn) in 2022. CTD's 2023 NPAT guidance is higher than our current forecast of VND204bn (USD8.7mn).

CTD reported Q1 2023 NPAT-MI of VND22bn (USD0.9mn; -24% YoY & +17% QoQ) — in line with our expectation.
