We attended ACV’s first 2020 EGM on December 15, 2020, in Ho Chi Minh City. Shareholders approved ACV’s major investments in the third sub-project of the Long Thanh International Airport (LTA) with total capex of VND99tn (USD4.2bn). Accordingly, ACV will finance the sub-project’s capex by a minimum of VND36tn (USD1.5bn) of equity and other capital (including new equity and debt). The debt financed by the third LTA sub-project will not be guaranteed by the Government.
